Hello there, well since all the time ive working in umts i always see Best Effort now in some vendors you have best effort in HSDPA and a threshold to send best effort to DCH why this happnes?? its fine ??? PS and HSDPA are Best effort or not? ... By the way you have GBR and PBR, guaranteed bit rate is what at least you get, is that right? and what about the Proviede bit rate??, thankyou very much people
