The purpose of this document is to provide a reference guideline to define and
describe WCDMA RNC KPI related to UTRAN P6 release.
Delta information concerning new/removed/changed counters from P5 to P6 is
included in this document into Note or KPI Description text fields.
This document is to be entirely considered for E******* internal use only.
