E******* MSC Server feature verif

Hello , how can i check if a E******* MSC or MSS has the WCDMA to GSM handover feature activated. And also the same for E*******`s BSCs. Please help.

Try to find with this command en msc-s

DBTSP:TAB=AXEPARS,PROJ=VALUE,CLASS=FEATURE;

Thanks a lot mate, right now you gave me info for research so i can found if something its wrong. By the way do you know if theres some paramteres to allow iratho from wcdma to gsm, i know that in bsc umtscoexist parameter control this but from gsm to wcdma. I dont know if there is some license or parameter like this to enable handover from wcdma to gsm. Im working in a wcdma huawei network with gsm e******* network. I had you reputation.
