Who have RG10, RU10, RU20 parameters (with counters etc) librarie for NED, please share!!!(= rep and thks will be added many times!!!

Hm, for what NED version is this lib? At NED6 I can not install this lib =(

for Ned5's librarie in zip file should be liberary.xml file, but in your archiv hi doesn't exist. This file looks like for NED6 and I don't know structure of zip files for NED6=(
