good day
I'm facing a BTS internal fault code: SO CF I2A:57 and as fault list is :RX path imbalance
i tried to solve it as Fault code ( Check the TX cables/feeders, cable connections inside and outside
the cabinet and antennas SWR tests )
but the fault still
can anybody explain what fault code means with the ???
Check the defined RX path invariance limits using the Define RX
Path Imbalance Parameters function in the OMT for the faulty antenna
system.

best regards

I may seem like telling you to do the thing that you might have done. But Rx path imbalance simply means that the cable connection is not properly done at some point.
Usually it will be followed with Rx Diversity Loss.

First of all you have to check (patiently) end to end connection of each feeder cable + indoor jumper respective to the sector which raised the alarm.
Secondly, check the DTF SWR of each connection point. Should not be more than 1.4.
Thirdly, you may also check the DRU/TRU by swapping to the other sectors.

Even a loose connection of the small jumpers on the DRUs may be the cause of the alarm.

The point is to "be patient". Do not skip anything even if it is logically not the reason of the alarm.
