Yes, Siemens has an RNC, produced before the merger with Nokia.

Dear Friend
Siemens had one of the best RNC for the R99 RN880 and RN600
The RG10 is not a 3g , it is a development for the BR10
Now NSN is using the RNC 2600 and IPA 2800

RNC 2600 is a much better/advanced package.
