Hi Experts,
I am collecting performance data from T2000, and feel confused :confused:with the default values for recorded events, because the results calculated from that values are out of ITU-Rec.
For example, VC-12 BBE default value is set to 50 blocks per 15 minutes of monitored period. So its BBER = 50/(15*60*2000) = 2.78E-5. (2000 is the number of VC-12 block per second).
For national portion by ITU-T G.828, BBER = (17.5% of the BBER of International Path) = 0.875E-5.
So default of Huawei > ITU-Rec, and the performance is not passed.
Could you please give me a good explanation for this?
