Description from RAN parameter

maxDlPowerCapability in RbsLocalCell is The maximum downlink power capability for the Cell. The attribute is calculated within the system and reported to the RNC. If not available (-1) at Audit Procedure, it shall not be reported in the AUDIT RESPONSE. If not available (-1) at create cell reporting, the value 0 is reported as it is then mandatory to report the Max. Dl Power Capability.

UNIT=0.1(dB)
UNDEFINED VALUE=-1
USE CASE=CCL_UC006
SPECIFICATION=UTRAN Iub interface NBAP signalling, 3GPP TS 25.433 V5.9
DISTURBANCES=The first value reported to the RNC is based on the defined frequency band. When the exact frequency is known the final value will be calculated and reported to the RNC
