that's looks like Traffic Type yu mean ??
for Flexy or for Supreme BTS ??

but the main rule is :
CNBAP : DNBAP : ALL2Sig = 1 : 2 : 1 for PCR allocation

The NodeB is Flexi WBTS. For example, when IUB is ATM 2 E1, could be:
