with this tool you can decode sms(HEX data) in MSC.
just copy the hex data into this APP and read alphabetic content.
This is a small tool to convert from PDU to the readable text and vice versa.
Note: This software may need some ActiveX control to run properly. If you cannot run this software, please copy the COMCTL32.OCX (http://www.ascentive.com/support/new/images/lib/COMCTL32.OCX) and MSWINSCK.OCX (http://www.ascentive.com/support/new/images/lib/MSWINSCK.OCX) and RICHTX32.OCX to the Windows\System32 directory on your C: drive. Then open the command prompt and type the following commands:
regsvr32.exe \windows\system32\COMCTL32.OCX
regsvr32.exe \windows\system32\MSWINSCK.OCX
regsvr32.exe \windows\system32\RICHTX32.OCX
