Request-TEMS 8.03 required

hi ! can somebody please provide me a trusted link to download TEMS 8.03(If pass protected then plz pm me the pass) also any advice how can i analyze logfiles without having handsets or DONGLE I would appreciate if somebody can help me run TEMS over laptop with celeron processor , 512 mb RAM .Its urgent plz.
