Dear I need your help. I have a problem with a cell. Sector Alpha does not work EDGE / GPRS. The reason stated by report Suite is TBF_34B=100 . The strange thing is that the voice quality is good TRXs, EDGE and GPRS Traffic is zero.
The Gb interface is IP. The sector has 12 TRXs, I have just enabled 2 TRX with GENA / EGENA
Check:
1) that is enabled EGENA and GENA
2) That this created EDAP in BTS and BSC.
3) Look NSEI: ZEQO: BTS = 10: GPRS;
4) I sure PCU, BSC corresponded to NSEI
5) Check the appropriate NSEI to PSEI, ZFXL: PSEI = 0 & &99;
6) Verify this PSEI with other cells that operates the service. ZFXL: PSEI = 1: BTS
7) Perform a Switchover to BSCU not make it work.
