attached is good reference on how to compute especialy TCP window size for GPRS -EDGE - HSPA datacards from ASCOM.
Although the datacards sometımes automatıcally assign these , sometimes it is
necessary to play with these reg settings in registry by DRTCP or TCPOptimizer.
