hi can any one tell me the reasons of bad quality..there is no interference and the level is good. still the quality is bad

One reason can be hardware issue.

Obstruction should and would affect ur coverage (i.e Rxlevel)...this is also known as Fading

Yous should check for external interference

Don't confuse :)

Bad RxQuality can have a lot of causes, that is why you should investigate, check possibilities.

Interference
Faulty TRX
Faulty Combiner
Faulty BTS
Transmission Issue
BSC Issue
MSC Issue
Low Signal Strength
Uplink/Downlink Unbalance
Low Phone Battery

and many other reasons...

Just think that which one can be in your case. When you investigate, check Statistics Results, Alarm History from BSC in the same time. If you have any unclear question let me know.

any body have any library or standard about RxLevel in GSM network??????

1.if its for specific sector/cell check VSWR value or any hardware faulty
2.transmission problems (unstable link) btn BSC & BTS, high BER
3. what are values for FER & C/I?
