I have excellfile regarding cell info for all site such as cellid,name,azimuth,freq,and etc etc.

how can i build tems cell file to load in tems??

Find a ".cel" file which works in tems,
open in excell and change cell informations, and save..
this can work.
i couldn't convert xls to cel. don't try it.

you can use this format(2g):

Cell ARFCN BSIC Lat Lon MCC MNC LAC CI ANT_DIRECTION ANT_BEAM_WIDTH


then you should edit first column by putting:

TEMS_-_Cell_names

then save as .cel

I begin learn use Actix due to optimazation 2G(GSM) but i can not have 1 cellfile standard. Mr "Scorpioniks" up load 1 cellfile but i can't download it, you can up to rapidshare.

just open it in Excel, then add you data and save but not change the format.

Excel 2003 works fine. not try with later excel versios

I think if you have MCOM installed in your computer then under Plug-in menu you can select a BSC dump file whihc will create the TEMS cell file.....

you can take a sample .cell file open in excel 2003 and replace with your info and save it back to text and then rename the extension to .cell
