Hi all expert,
please help me who can know parameter in RNC (3G)
which one parameter we can change for soft handover faster
now i have problem with my project when i optimizer on my network my mobile get EoIo from another site until -24 dbm cannot Handover to strongly site (strongly site add neighbor already)

please help which one parameter we can change HO faster

What is the vendor?
But in common way, you should check setup for e1 events.

First of all you should check what is the Dominant cell that serve the area where you want to provide handover, you must check the handover list and the Ec/Io threshold for Handover (Ec/Io difference between the actual cell and new cell) if the handover is based on Ec/Io, if not you must check what is the paremeters for handover(Ec/Io,RSSI,Quality,etc). check problem of pilot pollution too.
