Its very simple dude, u just need to click setup, then select connection, than add connection/IP for the BSC that you wanna access.

after that, u select the connect that you create, than u work.

Thanks

Hi,

As per my knowledge Xshell is the best to connect on Nokia BSCs and also by using that we can check the logs.
For download and much more plz visit:-

NetSarang - PC X server for Windows, SSH, FTP client, LPD software (http://www.netsarang.com)

Hi guys, does anyone try to tunnelize Tang over a SSH Tunnel?. Maybe works but I can't try because haven't any connection to test right now.
One way of tunnelize it could be with Putty doing this: Using PuTTY to create an SSH tunnel (http://oldsite.precedence.co.uk/nc/putty.html)

Another option is with this program: copssh - OpenSSH for Windows | ITeF!x (http://www.itefix.no/i2/copssh)

Also following the lead of a teammate of finetopix and found new versions of Tang (5.07 and 5.25) here: NSNܲ-TANG5.07 - NSN - NOKIA-SIEMENS - MSCBSC ƶ̳ͨ | ȵͨż̳ (http://www.mscbsc.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=173657) but unfortunately you need to pay to access that web page and download things, does anyone have an account there?.

And finally is anyone have some VB acknowledge, maybe this link could be useful: Visual Basic SSH Example Source Code (http://www.example-code.com/vb/ssh.asp)

Its also working for RNC as well.

You can use Tang with any system that has telnet based user interface. So, it also works with e.g. Nokia MSS, MGW, etc.

Another tool for SSH Telnet is to use HIT tool. It's tool produced by NSN. I belive it's also available for outside of NSN, if you work for NSN customer.

Well, I found the way to tunnelize Tang connections, but still doesn't work:(.
The easiest method is with Putty Tunnel Manager: putty-tunnel-manager - Easily open tunnels, from any PuTTY session, from your system tray. - Google Project Hosting (http://code.google.com/p/putty-tunnel-manager/) (yep, from the same people of Putty) as we saw, Putty is also useful to tunnize and found another good telnet/ssh software with tunnel capabilities called Bitviser Tunnelier... but unfortunately the result is always the same with every program, after create the tunnel, I connect Tang and the only answer is: SSH-1.99-OpenSSH_3.9p1, no prompt, no nothing. Any ideas???.
