Frame Error Rate (FER)

Are there any tools (TEMS, Nemo, etc.) to trace frame error statistics?

I mean, not only the total Frame Error Rate (FER) but all the corresponding data.

Something like:
Time Frame Status
0.001 1 ok
0.003 2 error
0.004 3 ok
