Can you please explain wich Macro u ask, as far I know NSC and FAS are used for AFP purpose using Tems Cell Planner or Optimi tools.
Yes they can be used for other purpose as are .txt files that we can run script...

Yes it is possible because if you open NCS file using Ultra edit or note bad, you can see that are like CSV file. you can use the information inside (interference matrix) to build some investigation or run macro.
But for BAR file or MRR file are binary file that we can't do any think.

NCS and RNO tools are availbale in E******* Oss-RNO.
NCS-Neighbour cell support
mrr-Measurement reports recording
when recording is done on some cells in NCS & MRR,the report can be exported in excel format.I need macro to analyse these exported reports of NCS & MRR for GSM & WCDMA. These tools are of e*******.
