Hello,
If i increase primaryCpich power, it will decrease capacity on that cell, and that's ok. Before 5 days, i did it, and now I have a problem with one cell, because i decreased . How to solve the problem with RRC? I know that it is because of admission control, but how to set up pwrAdm parameter?The default value is 75. You know that pwrAdm+pwrOffset+pwrAdmOffset<99%. With pwrAdm 88, pwrOffset 2 and pwrAdmOffset 5 I still have a problem with RRC. I sat up primaryCpich power on 330, the default value is 300. Pls, help. Thanks in advance.
