as always, depends on your purchase, you can buy full set, or you can buy later what you need

as always, depends on your purchase, you can buy full set, or you can buy later what you needit means they will configure the CPE as per the network where its going to be used..what about IOT with the Vendor(BSS)

CPE always comes with the drive test kit, because some Software need special cables, and driver for to connect the CPE. and sometimes is quite difficult to buy a software and the CPE separately and made that they both work, For example when you buy a TEMS investigation kit you buy the license for the specific equipment(2 phone(Sony E******* K800i for example), one Scanner(PCtel for example) and one GPS(Garmin for example)), all in one package. If the technology is a standard vendor don´t care.
