I've attached a tool that may be useful for the planner enginners in 2G or 3G as in many times the experts lke to do some steps as tey want, not just in application. This step of planning is missed in many planning applications.
The attached tool contains following functionalities:
- Convert position coordinates system from HMS to Dec and vise versa
- Find Distance between two point in HMS or Dec
- finding the coordinates of a 2nd point based on your 1st point coordinates, your requested distance and desired bearing to the 2nd point
- Create the coordinates list of Nominal sites in rectangular form based on these inputs:
* your desired intersite distance
* the ended SW and NE points your desired area (coordinates)
-Creating a KML file for viewing the created Nominal coordinates in Google Earth
The passowrd is posted in related area in the forum.
