The QxDM Professional kit includes access to QPST and QCAT:

- QPST is a set of Windows tools designed to interface with and manipulate NV items of Qualcomm reference designs (SURFs or test phones).
- QCAT is a log file parser that gives QXDM Pro customers the ability to view their logs in ASCII text format, search for items, and export the logs to ASCII text files for post-processing.

Could anyone tell me what does it mean "includes access"? Are they already included or QPST/QCAT can be installed and used in combination with QxDM?

If you purchase QxDM, Qualcomm also gives you QCAT and QPST. In fact you cannot use QXDM without QPST, as QPST is the interface between the target (phone) and the PC.
