Many guys try to install free applications to there Nokia phones but they fail because a Certificate is required.
How to get this certificate and how to sign your Application?
The answer:
Register in this web site (http://cer.opda.cn/en/index.php?module=index&action=login) (Free) and activate your account.
Get your IMSI (*#06#).
Login to your activated account and use (Apply Cert) provide them with your IMSI.
Wait 24 hours and check your account again.
Login to your account and click (My Certificates) and near your request you will find Files (*.Cert, *.key)
Download their tool (SignSISTool.zip) and use above files plus your sis or sisx application to get the signed one.
