try to unrar again and run the lsdecode. I usually found the same error if my antivir is active. Maybe your anti virus quarantine the lsdecode already so as suggested unrar and re-run. I hope it will work..

I have tried to decode my string with slmrc83.exe and get same result as well as in your post. When I launch slmrc83.exe with option -c, I get this error:

I decode one liecense and found that the strange thing... This liecense was made base on "Lock code depends on Ethernet Address". I really confuse with this way. From up to now I only generate liecense with lockcode of phisical dongle and never make with lockcode of Ethernet Address because we dont know how to calculate lockcode of Ethernet Address+lockcode of phisical dongle (combine them togerther).... Any master who has muck experience abt this field pls let teach me and all guys in this forum... Below is decode liecense infor for your refrence:

License type : Normal Standalone
Feature name : "ATX"
Feature version : "6"

Max concurrent users : 1
Soft limit on users : Unlimited.
License start date : Morning of Jan 1, 2006
Expiration date : License has no expiration.
Client #1 locking code : "39875"

Have any way possible calculate VENDOR INFOR base on only Key no (Serial key no of phisical dongle) in case we lost origin liecense. Some application change vendor infor from old version to new so if VENDOR INFOR not correct thi app will have "error"...
