Attached is the celltrack.

For those who wish to install. I summarize the process below

1) Download Hellox which provided in the link.
2) Go this This Site http://cer.opda.cn/en/ Register and get the OPDA certificate. Sign the Software (Hellox) through the same Site. Some Time need to wait 1 day for Certificate.

3) Intall the Hellox and apply the patch.

4) Install the .sis file.
