separate Reputation from Thanks bottom

lets think obout others.........they need our help......of course ....by using "thanx" bottom rationly

Yes you are right. I'm not in the position to restrict others to become senior/vip members. On the other hand, it's not my idea anyway. I'm just clearing the suggestion of the thread starter.
But you can give thanks to the same person many times a day. (just search all his post and give all the thanks not like reputation that you should spread first).
This is the drawback with this thanks adding reputation rule.

Thanks plugin is a simple program, doesn't have such method to prevent people keep clicking thanks button.

I have disabled reputation earning by clicking thanks button. no reputation for thanks button from now.

If Thanks button has no sense it will be better to remove it

Thanks button saves you from replying with "Thank you" and make the forum tidier.

Reputation and Credits are totally different items.
You may increase you Credits by creating thread or post, if somebody download you attachment and so on.
But there is only one way to Reputation growth - if somebody click reputation button on your post.
