Mapinfo tool for MW links

Hi lads,

one question for you: does anyone know a mapinfo tool that allows creating microwave links drawing between sites?
the name of the mbx in question is called "cr8line.mbx".

if anyone has it, please share.

i am using mapinfo 10.5 and i tried also on version 9 as well... 9 portable.. no luck...
could you suggest something to make it work?
i suppose by opening it should appear a special menu, from which it can be created the lines... right?

very considerate of you, regarding the credit...
as i explained in the PM i just sent you, still does not work...
maybe i am missing some other files that come with the mbx. in the version 2 you put also a .mb file... maybe there is more...

Another tool for creating sites / Links in Mapinfo using Excel.

just follow below mention things :

1. For creating sites in Mapinfo excel should contain Longitude and Latitude field

Both of these fields are in DLL format.

2. for creating links in Mapinfo excel should contain Longitude_A, Latitude_A, Longitude_B and Latitude_B fileds.

in any of these cretion, database should be on first worksheet.
and excel file should not have any space in its name.

if you want to create 1000 lines then also you can create, just follow attached excel as a template...

To use crea8line.mbx directly you must have a English version of Mapinfo with "Tools" Menu. Otherwise, you must modify the source file "crea8line.mb", change the "Tools" menu name with you current tools menu name and
compile it with mapbasic.
