How can I make a new tool in MapInfo?
How can make a new tool in Map Info,I mean what is the language that written by?I need some reference please?

Hi, you can use the following doc for Reference.
MapBasicUserGuide.pdf (Version 11).
If u have other version of Mapinfo installed, check u install directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\MapInfo\Professional\Documentation) for mapbasic docs.
