Sdcch_assign_fail_radio_rate

Hi all,

Pls how to ameliorate this indicator (sdcch_assign_fail_radio_rate in alcatel), and is good to have 4.5% for all cellzone, some sectors have 80% for this indicator!

Is causes by Interference ? Or may be we have to adjust sdcch timers ?

Hi,
I belive that you should work on the frequency plan, and on the neighbourhood relations, the increase of this indicator is also caused by the "phantom RACH" (HO access messages which are considered by the other cells as the SDCCH ASSIGN REQUEST).

For all constructors this the same problems
But solution in B10 MR2 Ed7 (don't count the party Location Update)

otherwise, if you work under B9 you can be not to count MC149 (RADIO_FAILURE: RachFantom), be hushed up re-calculate MC149 with some conditions.
