    I´ve tryed yesterday on a windows 7 32bits system but nothing and with a CPS+ 6.2 release (MR10.7 RPK).

    Windows 7 64bits didn´t recognise the unit also (appears "unknown device" on device manager), the windows USB drivers could be the problem?
    I installed usb drivers 2 times with cpsdriver tool.

    It is neccessary to turn on the unit with 1+9+power on? flashing mode said:
    status=idle
    connection=uart
    version=01.296

    Yes, but what kind of model? any idea? I have a TRENDNET TU-S9 RS-232 to USB interface, maybe is useful, but how can I get the other cable to attach to the mtp?

    Could you post there a screenshot with VID/PID of "unknown device" in Windows device manager?
