need 15 reputation

I am new subscriber on this page and i can't download attachements. if i try to download, i see this message "you need 15 reputation before you can download attachments". Help me because i dont know how to do...

There are two ways to give reputation:
first click on the star under the post message and give approve.
Second click on the ok sign on the right of the post where is the question: Did you find this post helpful? Yes | No

simply, add 15 posts.

You didn't understand. You need 15 reputation (15 members who press the star at your post) not 15 post.
There are 2 advice:
Post useful things so people will like and give you repuatation.
give reputation to post's you like as much as possible (you will not loose anything) So may be the post owners will give you back reputation.
