I use W7 pro 32bits
I failed to solve my ultrapro sentinel key, I'm not sure to use the right procedure: after the dump ( which was successful), I used "solve" in the menu

I tested this on Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit) with Superpro and it works like a charm.
Indeed, this is the only dumper and solver that worked for me on a 64-bit system.
