Why Actix displays Rxlev Full

Do you have any idea why Actix displays Rxlev Full in Neighbors windows as shown below!
How to modify it to be RxLev Sub

right click on the bar window and open "design mode", choose the middle window and modify the default parameter: NborRxLev to what you want

from help, looks like "ServRxLevSub" for serving cell only not for neighbor

you should try other parameter, but i'm not sure it is exist or not

It's ok I need it for Serving cell
but it doesn't change even after I changed in design Mode

try to modify and save it again, sometimes , when you modify "stateform" , it won't change till you modify it again

Or you can close this stateform and re-open it again
