Hi friends, ATOLL 3.3.1 works in Win8.1 x64 but usually (because security) there is some difference with win7 related steps:

    - Instead of doing dseo13b step for activating test mode do following steps:

1- Disable driver signature Enforcement in win8.1 by -> setting -> change PC setting -> Update and Recovery -> Recovery -> in Advanced Startup click Restart now -> click Troubleshooting -> Advanced options -> startup setting -> Restart -> press 7 button for Disable driver signature Enforcement

2- In command prompt (Run Advanced) do the following commands as Mail_TR Said:
    bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
    bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON

3- Continue remained steps like win7

for users in win8.1, additional notes as follows...

play around the "devcon.exe" in command prompt

    either
    "devcon.exe -r"
    "devcon.exe -m"

    then

    run again the

    "install.cmd"

    everything should work

    thanks
