    Search RTWP.mean
nomal value is -106 dBm (no load)

if noise rise 50% ,it will be -103 dBm

That depend of the ROT you have configured for that cell.
IF it is 75% as default configuration you are going to have 6dBm rise in noise when the Ul load reach that value.
If you configure the ROT to 90% as far as I remember the rise went up to 10dBm if I am not wrong.

    Yep 10 x log(75%) = 6 dB

If talking about Huawei product ,in no load and interference UL will be -106 dBm
So if 75% ,it will be -106 dBm + 6 dB ,so = -100 dBm.

You can use "VS.EcNo.Mean.TPx" and show on the chart
    Very simple

It is cell level my friend,

    LST UCELLHSUPA
Maximum Target Uplink Load Factor = 75.
    It is Huawei default value.

In order to increase it you need to change it on CAC also.
LST UCELLCAC(disable UL Algorithm in UCELLALGOSWITCH, or increase the UL total power threshold from 83 to 90 as it wont allow you to increase Maximum Target Uplink Load Factor).

But don't pass 90% value as the cell coverage will shrink and you could experience CDR on the edge of the cell
Also check for RTWP also in your trial.

Background Noise parameter value change also helps to counter RTWP.
