is this module available as add-on?

I know how it works in ATDI and probably is the same here (physics ...).
You define site parameters and weights and then it build matrix using DTM and clutters.

ASP Pluginis very simple and intuitive. therefore, no additional documentationis missing.

I have 3.2.1. 5838 portable. I have ACP which should support similar functionality - remove or define new sites. However, adding new sites is not straight forward.

Is this ACP what you are talking about (ASP)?

ACP can chose candidate "base on standard grid" can't base traffic and propagation model but ASP can do it.

Its fine now - ASP is not available in WIFI project, which I was using. It is available in all other GSM, 3G, LTE, WiMAX
ACP can also do Automatic Site Positioning based on random generation of sites.

ACP use to plan azimuth,tilt

The ASP module is a good idea for green field and expand plannning. But it has big problem, ASP can't support change Azimuth Tilt, and Add site simultaneously therefor it need more site than enough

Please read Atoll Document and Help for ASP, the idea is almost same in al differen tool but they are using different algorythm for suggesting site position.
Anyway they do not disclose the algorithm and you do not need to know what is inside the algo.
