******** TETRA terminals MTH800, MTP850S 2 Programming Questions

Hi all,
I have a security freak customer who uses MTH800 and MTP850S ******** terminals in a high security industrial environment.
Customer is afraid of eavesdropping and requested reprogramming of all his terminals in order to disable the "Ambience Listening (AL)" function.

Does anybody knows how this can be done through the depot CPS ?


And one more question.
Is possible to disable "Genuine ******** battery check" for the above terminals through Depot CPS
in order to use aftermarket batteries without the "Invalid Battery" error message ?

In lab mode and decimal values, go to cp_all_t> cp_ergo_block> ergo_data> ro> feature_flags------>row 20 and 21. set in zero. and write, if no allow you to write for some thing, write entire flash... first ALWAYS!!! ALWAYS make a bakup of flash and codeplug.

Pd: idem in row 20-21 in factory_feature_flags

...And for battery (not tested for me) cp_all_t> cp_equ_block> equ_data> cp_smart_battery_equ> row 1 set to zero. Tell me if works


If not take a look in same cp_equ_block inside folder "data _baterry()" in sub folders "data_baterry" row 35

Hi mate,
Battery modification tested = not working.
Today I' ll check the AL modification but I am afraid that your setting has to do with the open mic after pressing the "panic" button (emergency mode).

This starts to be challenging now ...
