E******* 2G - affect on TNUCHCNT

Hello experts !

When I power off TRXs (using RXBLI) I want to also reduce TNUCHCNT.
I do that by using command RLBDC.
BUT - as NUMREQBPC must be at least 8 -
I have a problem when powering off the entire channel group.
In this case (even if I halt the channel group by using rlstc) the TNUCHCNT does not change, as I can't put value of 0.

Please help.
