conversion of Tems discovery trial license into permanenet

Hello Gentlemen

Can any of the esteemed members for this forum convert a trial TEMS discovery license into a permanent one ?

I would look for the detailed procedure to make this license operation on Win 8.1 x64 bits

If both of the above can be done , please PM me , i will share the temp license with me so that you can convert it or let me know the procedure and i can covert it , ofcourse this is only if you are willing to do it without any charge.
