Dear peanut

we have put default value for TA - 62 in BSC. So i mean to say that on what basis we can change our TA value. So to change TA value we have to do drive test or there any rule for it.

what do you mean of changing TA ?you mean in the setting or ?\
TA IS A MEASUER FOR EXACT CELL COVERING AREA OR DISTANCE ,YOU HAVE 0-63 AS TA Unit FOR 35 KM that each TA is 550m ,means TA=0 is 550m ,TA1 is 1100m adn so on .
check the MRR Measurment that is more accurate for checking how much is the TA for one cell as covering an area ,then if you see the distance between your sites is 500m and its coverting 2km or by TA4 ,means that you are overshooting and need to take action by downtiting or play with power that alwayds tilting is recommended because playing with power has bad affect in your indoor coverage .
