Iphone handset is in No signal mode

Hi All,

We have scenerio as below, wanted to know how to troubleshoot such scenerio

1. Iphone handset is in No signal mode
2. Handset is set to Auto for 2G , 3G and LTE
3. When trying to make Outgoing call its happening through 3G
4. When MT call is tested on this number getting Out of Coverage Announcement,
5. When tried to make data call not able to do so.

Do we suspect a PS core issue

Hi; this may happen when introduce new technology, if yes. make sure that database parameters has been set properly to make sure that user can attached to N/W.
If this global issue for IPhone ask IT guys to check CDDs.
