Commercially Available DEMs

Hi guys (and girls, if any),

Can you suggest any of the companies that can provide 30m terrain data for North Africa. I have clutter, but I would need elevation model which is accurate in that part of the world.

Now for detailed story. I have been using SRTM (v3 and v4.1), as well as ASTER data (both GDEMv1 and GDEMv2), but once you get close to desert, every terrain model starts having problems. SRTM have gaps filled by interpolation, which pretty much ruined any rocky/hilly terrain. On the other hand, ASTER in flat areas have some artifacts turning flat terrain into a rollercoaster ride. So I was wondering if there's anything that is good enough that you are aware of.

They can provide a wide range of geodata, including DEM.
