Hi,
You can do that by first checking the Number of HO between two cell. Count that.
Also use excel forumla to calculate the distance between the cell having High or low HO.
Based on above two just exclude or include high distance and low attempts.

For Nei clean up you can extract nei based stats, and relations having no attempts you can deleted.

HI Tharin,

I attached my macro, just play with them, I will send my .ppt soon about how can to use, but you try for awhile with this, if you have any question just ask me. Only change the database, latitud, longitud, change the name, its important to leave X,Y,Z for 1st Carrier, U,V,W, 2nd carrier, and put this character in the same position in the DB, not change this characters and run it.
