hello Mounir,
before going to feature activation, you should consider the network topology and offered services
for example you have Volte then some features like as TTI bundling, type of scheduling will help to improve the throughput
if you have inter-frequency, IRAT HO, then some parameter setting may help to improve the throughput ( for example you can change measurement Gap)
For DL you can change the offset of reporting of CQI ,,, you can manipulate the MIMO switching thresholds... you can change HARQ algorithm may be... you can change the scheduling algorithm
you can change RS gain when you are using MIMO...you can use power boast for PDCCH.. you can use PDCCH enhancement... you can change the offset between PDCCH and PDSCH SINR
for UL you can change the measurement gap again... you can change Pzeronominal and alpha parameters... you can activate interference Rejection algorithm..
Please note that the UL throughput is affected by user activities which means most of users spend more time in download rather than up load so statistics are not good enough to measure UL throughput
Even the UE capability are impacting the throughput for example if majority of users are Cat 3 for example
Power of Cell, MIMO type, bandwidth, modulation scheme (activating 256QAM helps to improve the Thp) coverage , interference and so on also impacting the thp...

Thanks for the reply but can you kindly share the values for the below with which you got gain DL THRPT.
if you have inter-frequency, IRAT HO, then some parameter setting may help to improve the throughput ( for example you can change measurement Gap)
For DL you can change the offset of reporting of CQI
you can change RS gain when you are using MIMO
you can change the offset between PDCCH and PDSCH SINR

thanks for your discription,whe ahve already activate MIMO Adaptive CL we got a good result in DL throughput

hello Mounir,
I beleive you are working on Huawei technology which I have almost zero knowledge about it but let me explain what I think
1) in MIMO CL system switches between MIMO and Tx diversity which is decided based on SINR so that threshold is optimized ? if you change it you need to check the retransmission
2) when you are using MIMO, you can add 3dB to RS power which is named CRS gain by increasing RS power coverage will increase
3) when UE calculates CQI, system can ask UE to add up an offset to the PDSCH RE power and consequently reported CQI will be higher the higher MCS can be scheduled
4) different scheduling algorithms depending on the used vendor may impact the cell and user throughput and an example scheduling based on Max C/I will give higher user throughput but lower cell throughput
5) dynamic PDCCH allocation (CFI mode) may slightly increase the throughput in cells without high load
6) does vendor technology dynamically allocates the PUCCH beased on demands ?
7) if you have 2 carriers , carrier aggregation can help to increase user's PEAK rate but it might slightly increase the cell throughput
it is important firstly understand what level of throughput we are talking about
as an example what is PRB utilization ? if user profile is limited it can impact on Thp
if users are not using the services or they have bursty behavior then the cell throughput will be low.... consequently the best way of measuring the throughput is DT
hope my suggestions can help you. the idea is to share the thoughts and knowledges

it depends on vendor, they might have different names and also some could be hidden parameters so it is better that you check the vendors' documents which you are using but anyway here some from E*******:

please note that changes on suggested parameters may have negative impact on the other KPIs
for example increasing measurement gap may impact inter-frequency or IRAT HO or causes increase in drop call
so you should also check the impact of changes
