I'm using Actix Analyzer Update 2012-01 Rel2012-01-17_Build-247.524
I'm using that old **** (almost it has been posted in finetopix at 2010) is working fine to open Actix but I couldn't load any log-files..
Always give me below error message

what kind of logs did you try to load?

TEMS 10, I'm sure log-files are not corrupted
as they are working fine in TEMS investigation :-(

It was doing the same to me - try to load one small file only (after re-start of Actix). Do not do anything else (display map, etc) just load the file. For me it does the trick.

You are right, your idea is working - but is there a permanent solution for this critical issue? as it still happens in case of opening multiple logs..
Actix is one of the most used Apps and facing this issue from time to time is very boring
