In order to benchmark KPIs you have to use specific strategy in KPIs calculation. You should select what are you measuring: Good or Bad.
Good related to KPIs that are measuring Success i.e. Call Success Rate, Call Setup Success Rate, HO Success Rate and etc. Those KPIs are gravitating to 100% as perfect.
Bad related to KPIs that are measuring Failure i.e Call Failure Rate, Call Setup Falure Rate, Drop Rate, Congestion rate, Assignment failure, HO Failure and etc. Those KPIS are gravitating to 0% as perfect.
For Good KPIs use the following calculation for benchmark:
Delta=100*(KPI_new-KPI_old)/(100-KPI_old)
For Bad KPIs use the following calculation to benchmark:
Delta=100*(KPI_old-KPI_new)/(KPI_old)
Those calculations will give you KPIs change in percents
