My friend this is an IEEE article, available on the web with no PASSWORD.
I do not think it serves anybody but you to post in other sites and ask for rep and thanks. thanks anyway but I do not approve this cheap method for anything. Here is the link with 30 seconds on Google and for the people they might like the whole course from UTEXAS.

You put a password on a public document to increase your reputation, right?
So go to the ADMIN and complain. Next time do a quick google search (useful for your thesis as well) and then post or make a document password protected. Period! YOU TOOK MY PRECIOUS TIME BRO and LET ME GOT that REP back.
