    Default Create Antenna Files in PLW4

    Hi everybody,

    somebody knows how i can create antenna files in *.dat format for use in plw4?
    I have a antenna catalouge from Marconi with the parabolic antennas and want to create plw antenna files for this.
    At plw5 i can use ANTRAD programm, but unfortunately not in plw4.

    I think you can use ANTRAD to create ascii antenna file (.adf), and that file you can convert into .mas file within Pathloss v4. Just go to Configure > Convert > Microwave Antenna ASCII Files and then just choose "all files" so you can find the .adf file you want to convert.

    Anyway, you can always create standard NSMA antenna file for any antenna you have info on, and then convert it within PL4.0. To do so you can even use simple Notepad, but if I remember well, there was some simple utility here which helps with .adf file creation.
