If you analyze how much youre GSM network has availability on month this is little simple macro for you. Every GSM operater must have availbility of his network >99%. This shows relation of duration out of functions TRX and total duration TRX in network.

what kind of vendor this tool used to.

TRX have same funkction for every vendor. That mean you can use this independently of vendor.
